In this presentation, we will touch on basic ideas to foster respect in the workplace and what influences a respectful environment. This presentation is offered to reinforce the idea that respect in the workplace increases productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. Respect should be shown to all people in the workplace. Therefore, we will provide best practices about how to show respect for all co-workers. As we continue this course, we will show how inclusion and belonging are important pieces of respect and what a work environment free from harassment can provide.
