COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program is focused to implement that employees are afforded certain rights under the umbrella of the OSHA regulation to have access to their workplace medical and exposure records. Employers have significant obligations to retain these records for specific periods of time and to make the documents available to current and former employees upon request. It is important for employers and employees to understand their obligations and rights concerning access to workplace medical and exposure records under this law. This training program is designed to guide you toward that goal.
